September 2025 – Arkansas Revival
On October 11 and 12 I led two revival services in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, a large gated retirement community. I was told it would be difficult to reach people there for salvation. The services were primarily attended by people who were already churched and primarily saved. I presented the gospel clearly with an invitation both nights. I did not see a visible response. But certainly gospel training was given to those present who know the Lord. I am continuing to seek more opportunities to do gospel training there as well as other areas. Revival may come through individuals sharing the gospel faithfully in their area.
July 2025 – Ethiopia
In July I was in Kombolcha, Ethiopia for 3 weeks. Kombolcha is a license and permit center for industrial trucks so Kombolcha had a constant flow of heavy duty commercial trucks. The air quality was poor. While nationally Ethiopia is majority Ethiopian Orthodox and approximately one-third Muslim, Kombolcha is approximately three-fourths Muslim. Many who heard the gospel did not make the decision to receive salvation. I shared the gospel multiple times, preached in a few churches and led my follow up seminar as well. Near the end of my stay I saw a few gelada, known as the bleeding heart monkey because of a bright red heart shaped patch of skin on its chest. This unique primate is only found in the Ethiopian highlands.
April 2025 – Equatorial Guinea
In April I was on mission in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, which is the capital city on an island off the coast of Africa. I was there 3 1/2 weeks sharing the gospel in homes, on the street and in the ghetto. We saw many call upon Christ for salvation. I also had the privilege of providing a seminar for follow up ministry with new believers on 2 Saturdays. I would take a morning walk along the ocean and an evening walk when the skies were filled with bats. On my final day as I walked I asked the Lord to bless that walk and make it special for me. A young man came up and walked with me and spoke English with me (they speak Spanish there). I told him I was a missionary there teaching the Bible and preaching the gospel. He said, “Will you tell it to me?” I shared the gospel with him and emphasized his need to be saved. He started calling out to Jesus to save him. We prayed as we walked and then I shared assurance verses with him. He said, “You’ve really opened my mind!” He began thanking me repeatedly and then he turned and was gone. God certainly blessed my walk that day with such a joyful privilege!
January 2025 – Nigeria
On Friday Jan. 3 I preached at an open air crusade in southern Nigeria where many youth came forward to receive salvation. The next day I conducted a church leaders conference with approx. 100 in attendance. On Sunday evening I led a youth conference from 4:00 – 7:00 pm with approx. 100 in attendance. Then on Monday evening it was another church leaders conference in another city with 150 in attendance. I was fighting an illness throughout these events but the Lord was my strength and He accomplished His work through my weakness. “If I have to boast, I will boast of what pertains to my weakness” 2 Cor. 11:30 “…for when I am weak, then I am strong” 2 Cor. 12:10
November 2024 – Saudi Arabia
In November I spent time in Saudi Arabia working with the Filipino community living and working there. They were very gospel driven and actively seeking to reach their community. We experienced conversions to Christ in house churches, coffee shops, restaurants, public parks, and in vehicles. The church is still underground but the spiritual climate is not as dangerous as it used to be. The Lord is building His church in Saudi Arabia!
October 2024 – Serbia and Romania
In Sept.- Oct. 2024 I was on mission in Serbia followed immediately by an evangelism project in Romania. Both countries are under the stronghold of the Orthodox Church which emphasizes rituals and works for salvation. The church leaders warn the people about listening to outside voices bringing other teaching or even teaching from the Bible. Most of the time we were doing door-to-door evangelism which is always low fruit ministry. It’s best to pray for individuals or specific planned events leading up to sharing the gospel. While there were not many salvation decisions, many heard the gospel message and that is always cause for rejoicing!
July 2024
Hello friends. I recently spent most of July in London for an evangelism project. I was working with a pastor in the Peckham area who is from Nigeria. We did door-to-door visitation, marketplace evangelism, and open-air preaching. I also preached in 3 churches and provided evangelism training in 2 other churches.
February 2024
I was on mission in Bulgaria in Eastern Europe. I participated in home visits, preaching in churches and to home cell groups, sharing at a school assembly, and sharing the gospel with 2 mayors in their offices. The Orthodox Church has a stronghold there and it’s difficult for people to see their need for Christ’s salvation. JULY-2024 I spent most of July in London for an evangelism project. September 2023
I went on mission to Togo, a country in West Africa. There were numerous home visits, I preached in 2 churches, taught midweek Bible studies, and provided evangelism and follow-up seminars. The people were very responsive. The pastor wants me to return for 3 months and plant a new church with him.
